Role Description
The Executive / Senior Executive – ESG & Sustainability will be responsible for supporting the organization’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives through comprehensive research, data analysis, sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement, and compliance management. The role involves coordinating ESG programs, driving sustainability strategies,



and ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry standards.

Responsibility

1. ESG Research & Data Analysis

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on ESG trends, benchmarks, and best practices.

• Collect, analyse, and monitor ESG-related data across various internal departments.

• Prepare ESG scorecards, dashboards, and performance tracking reports.

• Support the development of ESG metrics and KPIs to evaluate organizational performance.

2. Sustainability Reporting & Communication

• Assist in preparing sustainability reports, ESG disclosures, and integrated reporting frameworks (GRI, BRSR, CDP, SDGs).

• Draft content for sustainability-related communications such as newsletters, reports, and presentations.

• Ensure accuracy, transparency, and consistency of ESG information shared with internal and external stakeholders.
