Job Summary:

The Tele Counsellor is responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining Frankfinn's aviation, hospitality, and customer service training programs, and motivating them to visit the institute for a free career counselling session. The role involves outbound calling, lead follow-up, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
- Explain Frankfinn courses and career opportunities.
- Invite students to attend free counselling sessions at the institute.
- Follow up with interested candidates until they visit the center.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/database.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle student queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Eligibility:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Experience:



Minimum 6 months
- Age Range: 18 to 34 years
- Gender: Female/Male
- Industry Exposure Required: Fluent in, Kannada, and English

Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Solid convincing and counselling abilities.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday fixed off

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from 18K to 22K in-hand, with potential for salary hikes based on current pay.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
