About The Opportunity
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and growth-driven Co-Founder to build and scale a recruitment firm in the Delhi NCR region. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of business creation, revenue growth, and long-term client relationships.

The role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment experience and a proven ability to build and grow business independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall business strategy and growth roadmap
- Lead business development and client acquisition initiatives
- Build and scale recruitment delivery teams
- Set up operational processes, KPIs, and performance standards
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and business expansion
- Develop and maintain long-term client partnerships
- Lead branding, positioning, and service differentiation strategies

Required Experience & Skills




- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
- Strong track record in business development and client acquisition
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership capability
- Experience in building and scaling teams or business units
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic thinking with execution focus

Preferred Qualifications
- Existing client network in Delhi NCR (Gurgaon / Noida / Delhi)
- Experience in permanent hiring, executive search, or contract staffing
- Prior leadership experience with P&L; responsibility
