Job Responsibilities
Visa Counsellor:
- Counsel clients regarding study, visitor, tourist, work, and PR visa options.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa pathways.
- Handle documentation and guide clients throughout the application process.
- Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Stay updated with immigration policies and visa requirements.
Telecaller:
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into walk-ins.
- Maintain call records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the counselling team to ensure smooth client handling.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Visa Counsellor or Telecaller in the immigration/visa consultancy industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and counselling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
