About the Organization

A leading global financial services organization is seeking experienced professionals for its Market Risk & P&L; Control function. The role offers exposure to global trading businesses across Equities, Derivatives, Hybrid Products, and Risk Management functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce and validate Daily P&L; across trading desks.
- Perform P&L; attribution and provide commentary on key drivers.
- Analyze daily trading activity and investigate unexplained P&L; movements.
- Interact with Front Office, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Review and certify market risk metrics including VaR, SVaR, and Stress Testing results.
- Conduct Sensitivity Analysis and investigate significant market moves.
- Monitor risk limits and perform breach analysis.
- Ensure data quality and validate risk calculations across systems.




- Perform reconciliations and maintain robust control frameworks.
- Prepare daily and weekly risk reports and management commentaries.
- Support strategic projects, system enhancements, and UAT activities.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Market Risk Management.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- VaR (Value at Risk)
- SVaR (Stressed VaR)
- Stress Testing
- Sensitivity Analysis

- Experience in:

- Sound understanding of Investment Banking products:

- Structured Products
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Solid analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
