Engineering Projects Manager

Location - Faridabad

Experience: 8-12

Project planning & schedule ownership

Develop and maintain project schedules and project schedules (preferably on Project Management software like MS Projects, Primavera, etc) across all active projects: engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning milestones

Identify critical path activities and flag risks early; distinguish between delays that matter and noise

Run weekly project review cadence with the engineering and procurement team; own action tracking and closure

Maintain a single consolidated view of all 11 projects status, open issues, upcoming milestones, blockers

Vendor & contractor coordination

Track all open purchase orders and vendor commitments: delivery dates, inspection milestones, documentation submissions

Escalate vendor delays proactively; coordinate with the procurement team on mitigation options

Manage contractor schedules in office during erection and commissioning phases: hold contractors to scope and timeline

Coordinate across OEMs, civil contractors,



electrical vendors, and equipment suppliers simultaneously across multiple projects

Cross-project reporting & governance

Prepare concise project status updates for leadership: what's on track, what's at risk, what needs a decision

Maintain project documentation discipline: drawing logs, inspection records, punch list status, handover packages

Track Capex spend against budget across projects; flag deviations early

Coordinate with regulatory and compliance workstreams where project timelines are affected

Must-have

Engineering degree - B.Tech or B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, or related discipline

8-12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a project management or project coordination role on capital projects Proficient in project management software

MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.

Must be able to build and maintain a working project schedule independently, not just update a template s
