Job Summary
Futurex is looking for a confident and energetic Tele Caller Executive to support its business development and sales team.
The selected candidate will contact potential exhibitors, sponsors, visitors and corporate clients, introduce upcoming exhibitions and events, generate interest, collect relevant information and schedule follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential exhibitors, sponsors, visitors and corporate clients.
- Introduce Futurex exhibitions,
trade fairs and conferences.
- Explain event details, participation benefits and available opportunities.
- Generate interest and identify potential business leads.
- Collect and update client details, requirements and feedback.
- Schedule meetings and follow-up calls for the business development team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Maintain daily calling and lead-generation records.
- Update call status, remarks and client information in Excel sheets or CRM software.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead handover.
- Share event brochures and relevant information through email or WhatsApp.
- Handle basic client queries professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling targets.
- Reconnect with existing clients for upcoming exhibitions and events.
- Support visitor registration and exhibitor outreach campaigns.
