Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Sales Consultant to generate leads, build relationships with business owners/promoters, and pitch Terkar Capital's suite of funding solutions (unsecured debt, secured debt, machine funding, LAS, lease rental discounting, structured finance, etc.). The role involves converting prospects into clients and coordinating with the internal team through to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities




- Identify and generate leads through market research , corporates, networking, referrals, and targeting MSMEs, and professionals (CAs, doctors, architects, etc.).
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable financial instruments (unsecured/secured debt, machine funding, LAS, trade finance, etc.)
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, channel partners, and referral sources.
- Conduct client meetings, present funding proposals, and explain terms, ROI, tenure, and eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate with the credit/documentation team to ensure a smooth loan process from sourcing to disbursement.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and business volume goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and conversions in CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and lending policies of NBFCs/banks/financial institutions.
