About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced, results-oriented, and self-driven US Non-IT Recruiter to support hiring for our U.S.-based clients. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing high-quality professionals across a broad range of business functions, including administrative, operations, customer service, HR, finance, marketing, creative, and other corporate roles.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in U.S. staffing, a strong understanding of W2 recruitment, and a proven ability to deliver quality candidates within aggressive timelines. This is a performance-driven opportunity for recruiters who thrive in a quick-paced, metrics-oriented environment.

Required Qualification

s• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

.• Minimum 3+ years of recent experience in US Non-IT recruitment

.• Prior experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, or RPO models is highly preferred

.• Demonstrated success in recruiting W2 candidates, including U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders

.• Strong understanding of the U.S. employment market,



business functions, compensation structures, and hiring practices

.• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

.• Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice (where applicable), CareerBuilder, Monster, Boolean search techniques, referrals, networking, and social media

.• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and recruitment tools

.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting quality and turnaround time expectations

.• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

.• Strong negotiation, influencing, and candidate-closing skills

.• Availability to work during U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) business hours
