Sales Engineer – Static Earthing & Bonding SystemsJob Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented Sales Engineer to promote and sell Static Earthing & Bonding Systems for hazardous industrial applications. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by developing current customers, providing technical sales support, and building long-term relationships across industries handling flammable liquids, gases, powders, and hazardous chemicals.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Pharma, Chemical, Petrochemical, Paint, FMCG, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing sectors.
- Generate sales enquiries through customer visits, networking, and market development activities.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution-based discussions with customers.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate orders to achieve successful closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and channel partners.




- Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical sales of industrial electrical, instrumentation, automation, or safety products.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development activities.
