Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing the academy's sales and marketing strategy to maximize student enrolment, strengthen brand visibility, and drive business growth. The role involves managing admissions, digital and offline marketing campaigns, institutional outreach, lead generation, partnerships, and the sales team to achieve admission targets.





Key Responsibilities

Sales & Admissions
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly admission strategies.
- Achieve student enrolment and revenue targets.
- Monitor the complete admission funnel from lead generation to conversion.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales and counselling team.
- Establish and monitor admission KPIs and conversion metrics.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
- Develop integrated online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Build brand awareness across Odisha and neighboring states.
- Plan promotional activities, awareness campaigns, and launch events.
- Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Digital Marketing
- Oversee social media, website, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
- Coordinate content creation for advertisements, brochures, videos, and promotional material
