We are currently seeking an experienced qualified to join our team in the role of
Assistant Vice President Resilience, Standards and Embedding
In This Role, You Will
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Operational Resilience strategy, standards, and guidance.
- Integrate and align the Operational Resilience lifecycle with the Risk & Control framework.
- Review and update procedures (mandatory procedures/operating instructions)



to reflect emerging regulation, industry best practice, and lessons learned.
- Mature resilience capabilities by simplifying and optimising end-to-end resilience processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build strong cross-bank relationships to understand priorities/challenges and drive consistent embedding while accommodating local needs.
- Support major incident analysis, thematic reviews, and “read-across” learnings; maintain resilience design patterns.
- Maintain the Operational Resilience artefact/records library, ensuring compliant storage and retention for regulatory periods.
- Provide Subject Matter Expert support to businesses/entities/functions on Group Standards (e.g., customer value chains, impact tolerances, threat intelligence, scenario testing, vulnerability remediation).
