Role Description
The Education Counsellor & Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This position combines front-desk responsibilities with student-facing counseling activities. Daily tasks include greeting visitors, handling phone and email inquiries, managing appointment scheduling, and maintaining reception area organization.



The role also involves providing information about courses and training programs, guiding prospective learners through admissions processes, conducting initial counseling sessions, and supporting career guidance conversations. The Education Counsellor & Receptionist collaborates with the marketing and training teams to ensure prospective students receive clear, accurate information and a positive experience from first contact through enrollment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to explain course structures and learning outcomes clearly.
- Candidates should possess skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, supporting learners in choosing suitable programs and pathways.
