Position: Lead SCM (Aftermarket)
Department: Aftermarket

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Supply Chain Management for the Aftermarket business.
- Manage strategic sourcing and vendor development to ensure quality, cost, and timely supply.
- Develop and maintain a reliable supplier base while driving cost optimization initiatives.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure effective inventory planning, stock control, and inventory optimization.
- Manage logistics operations, including transportation planning, dispatch, and on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless material flow.
- Monitor and improve key SCM KPIs, including supplier performance, inventory turnover, warehouse efficiency, and logistics costs.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and compliance with company policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in Sourcing, Vendor Development, Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, and Logistics.
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket or automotive components industry is preferred.
- Working knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
- Robust leadership, planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
