The Role
You are the Home Loan Concierge—the single, trusted person every customer, partner, and credit officer knows by name on a mortgage file. From the moment a lead lands with you, you own the relationship: collecting documents, navigating customer hesitations, uploading paperwork into our internal loan system, and shepherding the file through credit until disbursal.
This customer-facing, judgment-heavy role decides whether a family gets their home loan or drops off in frustration. Customers walk away feeling looked-after.
Builder and bank partners trust that their leads are in safe hands. And you walk into every conversation as the most informed person on the file. If you’ve done international mortgage work, you already know the standard—we’re bringing that level of rigor to the Indian market.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Document Journey: Take every assigned mortgage lead from first contact to file submission. Identify exactly what’s needed for each customer profile and build a clean, complete file.
- Convince and Coach Customers: Customers don’t always understand why we need every document. You’ll explain, reassure, and persuade—turning reluctance into cooperation without losing the relationship.
- Run the Internal Loan System: Upload, tag, and organize documentation in our internal platform. Maintain pristine records so the credit team has everything they need on the first review.
