About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Controller to join our rapid-growing SaaS/startup organization.



The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting skills, financial planning acumen, and operational finance experience, ideally within a high-growth, tech-driven environment. You will play a critical role in scaling our finance function, ensuring compliance, and enabling strategic decisions through accurate reporting and forecasting.

What Youll Do:
- Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS/IFRS.
- Manage statutory audits, tax filings (direct & indirect), and regulatory compliance (MCA, GST, TDS, etc.).
- Maintain internal control systems and accounting policies.
- Basic understanding and experience of Transfer Pricing
- Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Monitor cash flows, manage working capital, and optimize fund utilization.
