Oracle Talent Acquisition is looking for an experienced
Oracle EPM Cloud Architect / Lead
for a contractor-billable opportunity.

The role will focus primarily on the solution design, development, and integration of Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and Budgeting applications. The selected candidate will provide architectural guidance, define scope and effort estimates, lead proof-of-concept development, and design complex solutions aligned with client business requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop Oracle EPM Cloud applications, primarily PBCS and EPBCS

• Own end-to-end application and solution architecture

• Provide best-fit architectural solutions for new initiatives

• Review and improve existing application architecture

• Design integrations with ERP systems and third-party services

• Define project scope, estimates, dependencies, and delivery approach

• Lead proof-of-concept and complex feature development

• Collaborate with business, functional, integration, and technical teams





• Guide development teams and ensure solution quality and performance

Required experience:

• 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management

• Strong hands-on experience with PBCS, EPBCS, Hyperion Planning, and Essbase

• Proven experience implementing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions

• Hands-on experience with Planning Modules, including Financials, Workforce, and Capital

• Strong knowledge of business rules, forms, task lists, reports, data maps, and integrations

• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, effort estimation, and delivery ownership

• Good understanding of management accounting and financial planning

• Knowledge of P&L;, balance sheet, workforce, Capex, and driver-based planning

• Working knowledge of FCCS, ARCS, consolidation, and reconciliation processes

• Robust stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills
