- Develop and implement procurement plans in accordance with government rules, regulations, and donor guidelines.
- Prepare bidding documents, RFPs, tender notices, and contract documents.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor selection, bid evaluation, and contract award.
- Ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance in all procurement activities.
- Coordinate with government departments, implementing agencies, and stakeholders for procurement requirements.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure timely delivery of goods, services, and works.
- Maintain procurement records,
reports, and documentation for audit and regulatory purposes.
- Provide technical support and capacity building on procurement policies and procedures.
- Develop and manage end to end procurement process and project management role
Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience in public procurement and government-funded projects.
- Knowledge of GFR, GeM, CVC guidelines, World Bank/ADB procurement procedures (as applicable).
