Position: HR Recruiter- HR Team

Location: 100% Remote

Experience: Minimum 2 Years of experience in Recruitment

CTC: Upto 2.4 lakh

Requirements:

1. Graduate in any stream.

2. Prior experience of handling job portals & Intern sites like Naukri, Times Job, Internshala etc. is a must

3. Candidates with prior consulting experience is a must.

4. Positive communication skills – both written & oral.

5. Should be systematic, organized, smart learner & adaptive.

Role: Planning, strategizing & executing the end-to-end recruitment for the organization in the given deadlines. 20% of the role also includes HR generalist activities.

Job responsibilities:

1. Understanding the recruitment requirement from the individual departments and making the job description as required.

2. Reviewing, shortlisting & lining up the candidates for the face-to-face interview after telephonic filtration.

3.



Conducting, coordinating the interviews and closing the position.

4. Outsourcing and coordinating with consulting firms/organization to recruit the candidates.

5. Handling the basic HR generalist activities like Joining formalities, exit formalities, policy improvements etc.
