Industry Preference:
- Must have extensive experience in the EPC/Construction industry.
- Experience in managing EHS for large-scale building, infrastructure, industrial, or EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall Setting, Health & Safety (EHS) function for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, client requirements, and company EHS standards.
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Drive safety culture through training, audits, inspections, and awareness programs.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor EHS performance and ensure zero-harm objectives are achieved.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 18-25 years of EHS experience in the EPC/Construction industry.
- B.E./B.Tech qualification is mandatory.
- Additional qualification in Industrial Safety/EHS (ADIS/PDIS) from state board.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Mumbai.
