Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Google Ads Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Lead Generation, App Campaigns, and Search Campaigns, along with a data-driven approach to performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Lead Generation campaigns across multiple industries.
- Create and optimize Search Campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Execute and scale App Campaigns (UAC/App Install & App Engagement).
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategy optimization, and A/B testing.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
- Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, Firebase, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to improve ad creatives and landing page performance.
Must-Have Skills
- 3–4 years of Google Ads experience (Mandatory)
- Robust expertise in Lead Generation Campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Search Campaigns
- Experience managing App Campaigns
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Firebase Event Tracking
- Conversion Tracking & Attribution
- Keyword Planning & Competitor Analysis
- Bid Strategy Optimization
- Performance Reporting
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Finance, Loan, or BFSI campaigns.
- Knowledge of Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant Google Ads experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
