The Role

We are hiring a video editor who thinks like a storyteller. Cutting clips together is the baseline. We want someone who can take three hours of raw footage and find the 40 seconds that make someone watch to the end, then grade and score those 40 seconds so they feel like they belong to the brand.

You will work across both ends of the format spectrum. Reels, Shorts,



and TikTok-style verticals that need to hook a viewer in under three seconds. YouTube documentaries, brand films, founder interviews, and case studies that need to hold attention past the ten-minute mark. Both demand structure. The rhythm changes, the craft does not.

Colour grading and audio-driven transitions matter to us more than they do at most agencies. If you cut on the beat by instinct, match skin tones across two cameras without being asked, and reach for scopes before you reach for a preset LUT, you will fit here.

One more thing, and we mean it as a hard requirement: you use AI tools in your daily workflow. Our editors run transcription, rough-cut selection, captioning, audio cleanup, upscaling, and asset generation through AI, then spend the saved hours on story and grade. We are not looking for someone who outputs whatever the tool produces. We are looking for someone who uses AI to move rapid
