About Us

La Joie Primary Learning Habitat is a progressive preschool committed to providing a nurturing, child-centric learning environment. We are seeking a dynamic and qualified Communications Manager to manage parent communications, admissions inquiries, and lead conversion activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage admissions inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
- Handle and convert Meta-generated leads through timely follow-ups and counseling.
- Conduct admission counseling sessions with prospective parents and address their queries effectively.
- Coordinate school visits, orientation meetings, and admission-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, admissions, and follow-up activities using Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools.
- Work closely with academic, operations, and administration teams to ensure seamless communication with parents.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, admissions status, and conversion rates.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing parents.
- Ensure all parent communications reflect the school's values and professionalism.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, and other Google Workspace applications.
- Prior experience in admissions counseling, customer relationship management (CRM), parent relations, or a similar role.
- Understanding of Meta Ads, lead generation, and admissions conversion processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Professional, approachable, and child-centric attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, communications, counseling, or customer relationship management.
