CSC e-Governance Services India Limited is a key implementing agency of the Digital India programme, designed to bring digital public services closer to citizens across rural India. Through a wide network of Common Services Centres (CSCs), the organization aims to cover all census villages and provide equitable access to Government-to-Citizen (G2C) e-services.

Role Description
The Telelaw State Coordinator role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The coordinator will oversee the implementation and monitoring of the Telelaw initiative across the state, ensuring effective delivery of legal aid and advisory services through the CSCs, Nyay Sahayaks. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with field teams, CSC operators, legal professionals, and government stakeholders, tracking service utilization, and resolving operational issues. The role involves maintaining records and reports, organizing trainings and awareness activities, and supporting quality standards in service delivery. The coordinator will also contribute to process improvements,



assist in outreach strategies, and ensure compliance with program guidelines and relevant policies.

Qualifications
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with field teams, community partners, and government officials.
- Proficiency in basic ICT tools and digital platforms used for e-governance and Telelaw service delivery.
- Experience in project monitoring, data collection, and reporting, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills in English and relevant regional languages, with the ability to conduct trainings and awareness sessions.
- Understanding of legal aid, social sector programs, or public service delivery initiatives is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in law, social sciences, public administration, management, or a related field; relevant experience in e-governance or community outreach is preferred.
