Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? • You have solid communication (verbal/written) and good interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external business partners and vendors. • You have 3+ years of hands-on technical working experience in backup monitoring, alerting and escalations: Arcserve UDP and Backup Netbackup Deduplicated storage solutions Netbackup Appliances (Flex, Flex Scale, Access) VEAAM Avamar Data Domain Data At Rest Encryption Immutability • You have at least 2+ years of hands on technical working experience with end-to-end performance monitoring through Netbackup Operations Manager or Aptare IT Analytics or any other multi-product tools • You have at least 2+ years
