About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with strong communication and relationship-building skills who can convert customer inquiries into successful bookings while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries for Packers & Movers services.
- Understand customer relocation requirements, including pickup & drop locations, moving date, and household volume.
- Explain service packages, pricing, insurance, and relocation process.
- Provide accurate quotations and recommend suitable moving solutions.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with operations, vendors, and moving teams for seamless service execution.
- Maintain regular communication with customers before, during, and after the move.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a superior customer experience.
- Update customer details,



quotations, bookings, and service status in the CRM.
- Cross-sell value-added services such as home cleaning, painting, storage, and home maintenance.
- Maintain high service quality and collect customer feedback after service completion.

- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
