Role & responsibilities

To lead and monitor all production activities during the assigned shift by ensuring achievement of production targets, optimum machine utilization, product quality, manpower efficiency, safety compliance, and adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.

1.Shift Operations Management
- Plan, organize, and supervise all production activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the approved production plan.
- Monitor shift-wise production output, machine performance, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct effective shift handover and takeover with complete documentation.

2. Production Planning & Execution
- Execute daily production schedules in coordination with the PPC Department.
- Ensure uninterrupted production through effective utilization of manpower, machines, moulds, and materials.
- Monitor production parameters and take corrective actions to improve productivity.
- Minimize production losses, cycle time, and material wastage.

3. Machine & Process Control




- Supervise the operation of Injection Moulding, ISBM, IBM, EBM, and other plastic processing machines.
- Ensure machine process parameters are maintained as per approved standards.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance and Tool Room teams for machine breakdowns, mould changes, and preventive maintenance.
- Support machine trials, recent product development, and process optimization activities.

4. Quality Management
- Ensure production is carried out as per approved quality standards, SOPs, and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department for first-piece approval, in-process inspection, and process validation.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and customer complaint trends and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper identification and segregation of non-conforming products.

5. Manpower Management
- Allocate operators, technicians, and helpers according to the production plan.
