We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, be proficient in data entry, and ensure accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and accounting entries.
- Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts.
- Prepare sales and purchase entries.
- Record receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.
- Reconcile bank statements and cash balances.
- Generate invoices and maintain billing records.
- Track customer payments and vendor dues.
- Assist in preparing GST-related data and other statutory records.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
- Support the senior accounts team during audits and month-end closing.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
