Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project & Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute internal projects and community events at Hubode. This role bridges operations, marketing, and community, ensuring projects and events are delivered smoothly, on time, and aligned with the Hubode experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, activations, and internal projects
- Create project timelines, task lists, and ensure timely execution
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams
- Assist in budgeting, quotations,
and cost tracking for projects and events
- Ensure smooth on-ground execution and handle last-minute challenges
- Maintain documentation, schedules, and post-event reports
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Community teams
Desired Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Event Management, or Operations
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Comfortable handling vendors and on-ground coordination
- Calm, solution-oriented mindset under pressure
