The Project Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the complete execution of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects from project handover by the Sales team until final project completion and billing. The role requires effective coordination with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, Logistics, Site Execution, and Customers to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality, budget, and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Handover & Contract Review
- Participate in project kick-off meetings with Sales, Engineering, and Project teams.
- Review contract documents, scope of work, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Verify project documents, drawings, and customer requirements.
- Prepare project execution plans and maintain project documentation.
2. Engineering Coordination
- Coordinate with the Engineering team for preparation and submission of design drawings.
- Track customer approvals for GA drawings, structural drawings, and shop drawings.
- Ensure engineering deliverables are released as per project schedule.
- Monitor design changes and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
3. Procurement Coordination
- Coordinate with Procurement for timely ordering of raw materials and bought-out items.
- Track procurement status against approved Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
4. Production Planning
- Coordinate with Production Planning for manufacturing schedules.
- Monitor fabrication progress against project timelines.
- Ensure production priorities are aligned with customer delivery commitments.
5. Quality Control
- Coordinate with the Quality department for inspections and testing.
- Ensure products comply with project specifications and quality standards.
