Role & responsibilities :

Supplier Quality: Ensure supplier compliance, conduct audits, and drive performance improvement.

Incoming Quality Inspection: HVAC, compressors, and piping materials as per quality plans.

Quality Compliance: Verify adherence to specs/drawings and maintain documentation.

Supplier Performance: Track KPIs, review performance, and drive defect reduction.

NCR & CAPA: Manage non-conformances, RCA, and corrective actions.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with procurement, engineering, and project teams.

Inspection & Testing: Perform PDI, FAT, and ensure safety/performance compliance.

Risk Management: Identify supplier risks and implement mitigation plans.

Reporting: Maintain records and provide quality status updates.

Site Support: Support installation & commissioning; resolve supplier issues.
