Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead end-to-end vendor management, including onboarding, compliance, and performance monitoring.

✅ Manage vendor contracts, negotiations, renewals, SLAs, and documentation.

✅ Drive vendor performance through KPIs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

✅ Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams.

✅ Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve vendor management processes.

✅ Support recent club launches and expansion projects with timely vendor onboarding.

✅ Mentor and guide the Vendor Relations team to achieve departmental goals.





We're looking for someone who has:

✔️ 4–7 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain.

✔️ Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

✔️ Experience handling vendor contracts, compliance, and performance management.

✔️ Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
