Role Description
The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including administering HR policies, coordinating employee advantages, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The specialist will support recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities, while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.



Additional tasks include assisting with performance management, handling basic employee relations queries, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor regulations and company guidelines.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience overseeing core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess expertise in HR Policies and Employee Benefits to ensure compliant and competitive HR practices.
