- 5-8 years experience in IT billing operation with significant skills in telecom Billing.
- Excellent knowledge of emerging technologies/development in telecom IT
- This role is responsible for supporting operation and to monitor the billing cycle process 24/7.
- Also will be responsible to communicate with L1/L2 support team the alerts which may raised by the system.
