What you will do

The Field Business Manager is responsible for creating and executing sales plans to achieve objectives by managing multiple physician and healthcare skilled accounts. You will schedule and conduct sales presentations, develop customer-focused strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction while providing input on sales forecasts and market insights:

Key Responsibilities
- Forge and nurture dynamic relationships with key field clients, including physicians and healthcare professionals, through regular visits and effective communication to drive business growth, brand loyalty, and understand their needs and market conditions.
- Develop and implement strategic and tailored sales plans and strategies by analyzing regional market trends, customer insights, and feedback to maximize impact, increase market penetration, and recommend actionable strategies.
