Role Description
The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Picxele® and its clients. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves managing performance channels such as paid search, social ads, display, and app install campaigns,



as well as tracking and analysing campaign metrics to improve ROI. The Performance Marketer will work closely with product, growth, and content teams to define target audiences, create compelling ad copies and creatives, and run A/B tests to refine messaging and funnels. The role also includes monitoring budgets, preparing performance reports, identifying new growth opportunities, and staying current with performance marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in performance marketing channels, including paid search (e.g., Google Ads), paid social (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn), and app install campaigns.
- Ability to work with analytics tools and data (e.g., Google Analytics, attribution tools, basic Excel/Sheets) to measure, interpret, and optimise campaign performance.
