About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Recruitment Manager to lead high-volume frontline hiring for our International BPO operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing large-scale hiring through both internal recruitment teams and external staffing partners while driving recruitment excellence in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for frontline International BPO roles including Customer Service, Voice, Non-Voice, Chat, Email, Technical Support, Sales, Collections, and Back Office processes.
- Own and deliver aggressive monthly hiring targets through a combination of direct sourcing and vendor hiring.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
- Develop sourcing strategies across job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring, recruitment drives, and vendor partnerships.
- Manage the complete vendor lifecycle including onboarding, SLA management, commercial discussions, and performance reviews.
- Partner with Operations, HRBPs,



and Business Leaders for workforce planning.
- Track recruitment metrics including TAT, Offer-to-Join Ratio, Joining Ratio, Source Effectiveness, Vendor Performance, Cost per Hire, and Candidate Experience.
- Present recruitment dashboards and MIS to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and governance.
- Drive employer branding and continuous process improvement.

Mandatory Requirements
- 10-15 years of Talent Acquisition experience with International BPO recruitment.
- Strong expertise in high-volume frontline hiring.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple recruitment vendors and staffing partners (Mandatory).
- Experience leading recruitment teams and delivering large-scale hiring targets.
- Strong stakeholder management, workforce planning, and recruitment analytics.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
