Experience:
12–18 Years
Key Requirements:
✔ Extensive experience in
Small Child Part Assembly
in the
automotive manufacturing industry
.
✔ Hands-on experience in
Control Cable Assembly
is mandatory.
✔ Strong knowledge of production planning, assembly line management, manpower handling, productivity improvement, and quality systems.
✔ Experience in achieving production targets while ensuring
Safety, Quality,
Cost & Delivery (SQCD)
.
✔ Good understanding of
Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, OEE, TPM, and Continuous Improvement
.
✔ Proven leadership in managing large shop-floor teams and coordinating with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores.

- Only candidates with experience in Small Child Part Assembly within the Automotive Manufacturing Industry should apply.
