Opportunity Overview

We are hiring for the role of Senior Consultant / Team Lead – Finance & Accounts at Vistra, Bengaluru. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to work with diverse clients and contribute to the growth of our Corporate Services business.

Role Summary
As part of our service delivery team, you will support clients in managing their Finance & Accounts functions, including Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Taxation, and Statutory Compliance. The role involves client coordination, team management, and ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of financial statements as per the Companies Act.
- Managing Income Tax compliances, including TDS, Advance Tax, Form 3CD, ITR filing, and Form 3CEB.
- Handling GST monthly and annual return filings.
- Managing payroll compliances such as PF, PT, LWF, and ESI.




- Coordinating and completing statutory audits under the Companies Act and Income Tax Act.
- Overseeing end-to-end payroll activities, including onboarding, payroll processing, POI verification, and employee query resolution.

Eligibility
- 4–10 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Taxation, Payroll, and Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting and Tax regulations.
- Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, MBA, CA, CA Inter, CMA, or CMA Inter.
- Candidates currently pursuing CA are not eligible.
