Aksara Jewellers is a trusted name in Gold, Diamond, and Silver Jewellery. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telemarketing Executives to connect with potential customers, promote our jewellery collections and savings schemes, and generate showroom visits.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce Aksara Jewellers' products, offers, and monthly savings schemes.
- Generate qualified leads and encourage customers to visit the showroom.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into showroom appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for customer follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Kannada (mandatory).
- Ability to speak English and Hindi is an added advantage.




- 0–3 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Customer Service, BPO, or Sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM systems.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and strong persuasion skills.

- Experience in Jewellery, Retail, Banking, Insurance, or BPO is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
