Role & responsibilities
- Lead the formulation and development of dry food, wet food, and pet treats.
- Drive laboratory trials, pilot runs, and product commercialization.
- Ensure nutritional excellence, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Operations, and Marketing.
- Optimize existing products for enhanced nutrition, ingredient efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Bring innovation through new ingredients, technologies, and product concepts.

Preferred candidate profile
- 59 years of R&D; experience in Pet Food, Animal Nutrition, Food Technology, Feed, or related industries.
- Degree or Master's in Food Technology, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Food Science, Dairy Technology, or a related discipline.
- Solid knowledge of pet nutrition, formulation, and product commercialization.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
