Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development professional with proven experience in selling software services and solutions within the AEC/BIM industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, building strong client relationships,



and driving revenue growth across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the AEC/BIM domain (Architecture, Engineering, Construction).
- Sell software services such as BIM consulting, BIM modeling, digital transformation, custom software solutions, and related technology services.
- Generate leads through outbound sales activities including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, partnerships, and industry networking.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored software and BIM-based solutions aligned with business needs.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers; manage negotiations and close deals.
- Work closely with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure accurate solutioning and smooth project handover.
