Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Java + React + Oracle Lead
with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in
Java, React, and Oracle Database technologies
, along with proven experience leading development teams, driving technical solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable web applications using Java and React.
- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and business logic using Java-based frameworks.
- Design, optimize, and manage Oracle database objects, queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define technical solutions.




- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development team members.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across application and database layers.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, sprint activities, and release management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for application performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong hands-on experience in
Java
