Role Description
The Clinical Nurse at Prvnt will provide direct patient care, including assessments, monitoring of vital signs, and administration of treatments and medications in alignment with evidence-based protocols. Responsibilities include interpreting diagnostic results, documenting clinical findings,



and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement preventive care plans. The nurse will educate patients on lifestyle modifications, early warning signs, and use of wearable devices, helping individuals understand and follow their personalized health interventions. The role involves maintaining accurate electronic medical records, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and participating in continuous improvement of preventive care workflows. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications
- Valid nursing qualification (e.g., B.Sc. Nursing or Diploma in Nursing) and current registration with the appropriate nursing council.
