Job Summary

The IT Support Engineer (L2) is responsible for providing technical support to end users by troubleshooting desktop, laptop, hardware, software, and network-related issues. The role also includes Microsoft 365 user administration, basic Azure support, and assisting users with day-to-day IT requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
- Install, update, and troubleshoot business applications and software.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Configure Outlook and troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications.
- Create, modify, and disable Microsoft 365 user accounts.
- Create and manage Microsoft 365 email IDs and assign licenses.
- Reset user passwords and unlock accounts.
- Create and manage Active Directory users and security groups.
- Create, start, stop, and monitor Azure Virtual Machines (VMs).




- Troubleshoot basic network issues such as LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and printers.
- Support Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Provide remote support to users when required.
- Maintain IT assets and update support tickets.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary.
- Document solutions and follow standard IT procedures.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows server basics.
- Experience with desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Azure.
- Understanding of computer hardware, printers, and networking.
- Basic PowerShell knowledge is an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and troubleshooting skills.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Desktop Support or IT Support.
