About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director, Client Portfolio & Delivery to lead strategic enterprise client portfolios across our Financial Crime Compliance (FinCrime) SaaS platform. This leadership role is responsible for managing executive client relationships, commercial governance, delivery oversight, and post-go-live client success while ensuring long-term value realization and sustainable business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, commercial, and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts, driving customer success, and delivering complex SaaS implementations.

Key Responsibilities




- Own and manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with client stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic engagements.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), executive steering committee meetings, and roadmap discussions.
- Oversee Statements of Work (SOWs), change requests, contract renewals, and commercial governance to ensure scope and revenue integrity.
- Drive portfolio growth by identifying expansion opportunities, cross-selling additional platform capabilities, and supporting strategic account planning.
- Collaborate with Delivery, Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales teams to ensure successful project execution and smooth post-go-live transitions.
