About the Ro

ms with 2–4 years of experience in troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining ELV solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience wit
h Audio Visual (AV), CCTV, Fire Alarm, Public Address (PA), Access Control, and basic networki
ng, and be comfortable providing both remote and on-site technical suppor

t.

Key Responsibilit

- ms.Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system integration issu
- es.Assist in installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of ELV solutio




- ns.Perform preventive and corrective maintenan
- ce.Coordinate with customers, OEMs, and internal teams to resolve technical issu
- es.Maintain service reports and technical documentati
- on.Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while meeting SL
- As.Support field engineers during deployments and provide basic customer training when requir

Required Skills & Qualificat
- ions2–4 years of experience in ELV technical supp
