As a Founder's Office Intern, you'll work directly with the founder on high-impact initiatives across growth, marketing, operations, partnerships, and customer success. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.
What You'll DoCustomer Success & Onboarding
- Onboard new users and guide them through the Plynth experience.
- Build relationships with early customers and gather valuable feedback.
- Improve onboarding flows to increase activation and engagement.
- Support customer queries and ensure a delightful user experience.
Social Media & Content
- Manage Plynth's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Plan and execute content calendars.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators.
- Track engagement metrics and optimize content performance.
Growth Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Experiment with new acquisition channels and growth strategies.
- Support email marketing and community engagement initiatives.
Brand Expansion & Partnerships
- Identify and reach out to furniture brands, creators, architects, and interior designers.
- Support partnership discussions and follow-ups.
- Research recent market opportunities and competitor strategies.
- Help execute brand collaborations and campaigns.
Founder's Office
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects.
- Take ownership of special projects that directly impact company growth.
