About the Role

The selected candidate will work directly with the leadership team and take ownership of projects related to:
- Fundraising and CSR partnerships
- Corporate and institutional networking
- Inclusive travel programmes
- Events, campaigns and community initiatives
- Project planning and execution
- Sponsorship, proposal and report writing
- Vendor, volunteer and stakeholder coordination
- Meeting follow-ups, documentation and operational tracking

This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage a project from an idea to successful completion.

- Robust in spoken and written communication
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented
- Comfortable approaching corporates, CSR teams, donors, government departments and institutions
- Capable of writing proposals, presentations and reports
- Sensitive towards disability, dignity, accessibility and inclusion
- Comfortable working closely with visually impaired persons
- Willing to wear the prescribed organisational uniform or event attire whenever required
- Most importantly, someone who takes ownership and gets things done.

Experience

Candidates with
1–5 years of experience
in project management, fundraising, CSR, business development, partnerships, events, travel, operations or the nonprofit sector will be preferred.

Exceptional fresh graduates with strong communication, leadership, internships or project-execution experience may also apply.
