Own daily budget, ROAS & reporting. *Requirements:* 1. *Skills:* Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 basics, Excel/Google Sheets 2. *Knowledge:* Lead gen funnels, landing pages, pixel/GTM setup, A/B testing, audience research 3. *Mindset:* Data-driven, target-oriented, fast execution + learning 4. *Education:* Graduate. Freshers with live campaign/portfolio accepted *Responsibilities:* Set up campaigns, monitor CPL/CPA, optimize creatives/ad copies, share daily/weekly performance reports.
